Virus Removal Instructions
- Download the removal tool (see the tool database)
- Start the computer in safe mode (after seeing the POST bios screen, before the windows screen popup, press F8 and choose safe-mode)
- Execute the tool and follow the instructions
- Reboot and repeat steps 1 to 3 to make sure the virus is removed
- When experiencing problems try executing the tool in 'normal' mode
- If the removal tool is not listed or the problems persist click here
Warning: A removal tool only solves a problem, a virus caused by sufficient security or unsafe surfing. To prevent a virus infection in the future install a good virusscanner and firewall. Also read the tips on surfing safe.
